This year’s Great Folly Bake judging takes place at 1pm.

The categories are as follows:

1. Old Fashioned Plate Tart – Short Crust Pastry, Fruit Based
2. ‘Undecorated’ Victoria Sponge
3. Irish Style Brown Bread – Split Tin or Open Bake
4. Decorated Cup Cakes (6)
5. Junior Category (under 14s)  –  Biscuits / Cookies (6)

Entry fee is €2 per item. 

There will be a 1^st prize and merit awarded in each category.

All items must be dropped to the Bake Off Tent, situated on ‘The Rocks’ between 10:30 and 11:30am on Sat 6^th July.  Items will be on display from 11:30am – 1pm.

Judging will take place at 1pm.

The winners will be announced thereafter.

The Great Folly Bake is part of our Daytime Events on Saturday 6th of July. Please note that a concert ticket is not required to attend our Daytime Events, and everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy really special day out!
