Hailing from the heart of Ireland’s midlands, Ruaile Buaile are a five-piece powerhouse redefining what Irish trad can be. Since forming in 2011, the band has earned a reputation for their electrifying live shows, fusing traditional Irish music with modern influences and bold new sounds.
Their lineup blends seasoned talent and fresh musical firepower. Original members Niall Kelly (vocals/guitar), Jack Godley (percussion), and Shane Lynam (vocals/bass) have been the heartbeat of the group since day one. They were joined by world-renowned fiddle virtuoso Cathal Guinan in 2021 and dynamic banjo player Seán Bourke in 2023, pushing the band’s sonic boundaries even further.
